Mr. Ustick has been involved in market studies within all types of land uses and real estate products, including master planned communities, performing field research, product design and absorption forecasts for numerous residential developments in Sacramento, Ventura County, Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and San Diego County.  His studies have included the following product types:
